I applied for daughter admission in BSc Physiology 3 years course in February, 2022. UON replied to apply in May session but on contact UON informed no adjustment for course. However, applied for September session was accepted and unconditional letter issued accordingly. We paid partial fee immediately and waiting to CAS letter BUT SUFFERED MENTAL TORTURE / HIGHEST DISTRESS on receiving reply: Pakistan Office email contents lastly mentioned as “I will reject CAS letter” No further correspondence. IS PAKISTAN OFFICE IS SO POWERFUL DELEGATED AUTHORITY TO REJECT CAS LETTER WHILE UNCONDITIONAL LETTER ISSUED AS WELL AS PARTIAL REQUIRED FEE PAID. IS THIS LAW / POLICY TO TWIST AS UNIVERSITY LIKE AS WELL AS DISCOURAGING FROM ADMISSIONS. BESIDES, SEPTEMBER SESSION IS MUCH CLOSE, HOW STUDENT APPLY FOR VISA IN SHORTEST TIME OF 6 / 7 WEEKS IF APPLY.
